Lyla is 3 months old....

We headed down to St. George last weekend to hang out with Tys family. Nate and Chas came in with baby Jaxson. Little Lyla and Jax just love each other.

We followed Ty around while he climbed in Moes Valley.. we were his "groupies".. it was pretty funny. 4 women, 1 young chap (that's you Braden), 2 babies and one old man all sat and watched Ty do his thing..

Since the weather has been so nasty we have been going up Millcreek canyon to get some fresh air. Little Lyla just loves it.. Here she is ready to go! The gloves and boots are over-sized but soooo adorable!

I woke Lyla up from her long nap, she totally passes out as we hike. This is the face she gave me.. .. ...

We cant forget little Maya, she still loves to rally in the snow.. its pretty much her favorite thing ever...

So as I am sitting here at Tys work (we don't have Internet at home..el'lamo I know)... we realized that we don't have any pictures from Christmas, new years, parties, ice skating.. nothin.. We have been hiking a bunch, hanging out with friends, family and mostly staring at our sweet little babe and we have no picture proof of any of it... so here is to our new year of documenting the cool things we do in life.. (that's pretty much everything)... we will take more pictures!

But really we have had a wonderful last couple of weeks, Ty had a bunch of time off, we spent lots of time with our families and friends. Having little Lyla in our lives has been so dang fun, I have always loved little babes but when their your own it just sooo different.. so much better than I could have even imagined. Being mom is awesome.. its fantastic actually... We have made the final decision to move to Missouri.. i know.. BIG change! Ty is super psyched to go to school and Im super psyched to chill poolside... life is good, we are healthy happy and soo in love......

Little Lyla is almost 3 months! So wild how fast the time has gone.. She is pretty much the sweetest thing around... She LOVEs to smile and daddy and especially after she ya know, poops...

Lately Ty has been taking Lyla to bed when he goes and its about the cutest thing ever to walk in and see the two of them sleeping.. Don't you worry though, the last 4 nights are record nights for Lyla has slept in her own bed all night....!

Okay, so when we take Maya hiking she gets these nasty snow balls in her paws from her flowing long hair and its pretty painful really. So one night before a late hike with Ty we tried make shifting her some booties... It was down right hilarious! The socks obviously did not work so we had to buck up and pay the big bucks for some new booties... Pict soon to come... now she can totally rage it and no pain for out little lover Maya.

I guess thats the bad thing about camera phones, we never remember to take picts with our camera... so whateve....

Mos Valley

Just about ten min from st. George is a bouldering area called Mos Valley. We went there a few times over the weekend and Ty was in heaven. Maya too. Actually it was nice weather and I was chillen with my fam so I guess you could say I was in heaven as well. There are millions of climbs all over this little valley, it was quiet impressive.

S to the G

We headed down to the the St. George house for the holiday with Tys parents and grandparents. It was a super chill weekend. On Friday we hiked up to Angels Landing, Lylas first desert trip! It felt awesome to hike again, (its been a while) but the cheeks were def sore. Here are a few from the hike, the weather was beautiful and the holiday travelers were hilarious to watch! Good times.

Deb and I making the trek, we stayed behind and laughed at all of the funny people while Ty and Laney went to the edge of of Angels Landing, much too freaky for me. It was an awesome way to spend the holiday

This is pretty much what we did every night.. Sat around and watched movies. Ice Age 3 (totally funny), Sound of music ( grandma Normas choice), Up (so strange), The Proposal (lame) and Home for the Holidays (fell asleep for most of it) to name a few.

Soakin up the rays, the weather was fantastic.. It felt good to get some sun. Thanks Laney and Deb for the fun weekend, the house is very roomy and cozy! We love it!

7 weeks

Our little babe is already 7 weeks old! So wild how fast time goes.. She is sleeping much better through the nights, she smiles like crazy (too bad my camera is lame and never catches the sweetness).. and we have discovered we have a very needy, dramatic baby.... So dang cute though, the kisses never stop

Coeurd 'Alane

A few weekends ago Ty, Deb, Lyla and I headed up to Idaho to see Nate and Chass' new little addition. He is adorable and so snuggly. The trip was a quick one we left Friday and came home Sunday. The ten hour drive wasn't so bad until the way home we hit a awful snowstorm, got in a wreck and had a flat tire.. It was pretty much the worst drive ever..
